Why MSO

Running a clinic is as hard as practising medicine

  • “There’s far too much work outside of treatment”

Job postings, employment contracts, the 4 statutory social insurance schemes, tax invoices, supply orders. There’s no one to hand any of it to, so it all lands back on your desk.

  • “Hiring and managing staff is the hardest part”

Two months to hire, three months to train. Just as someone settles in, they leave — and you are back at the start.

  • “Revenue is up, but nothing is left over”

Revenue has grown, yet the bank balance hasn’t moved. Payroll, materials, advertising and fees all drain away separately — and no one has ever worked out which treatments actually make money.

  • “Fix one thing and something else breaks”

Fill the roles and training falls behind; spend more on marketing and the front desk can’t keep up. Hiring, marketing and finance are connected, so piecemeal fixes never finish the job.

So instead of outsourcing it piece by piece,
we built a structure where a dedicated team takes on all non-clinical management.

Delegate to Boostree

Everything in management, except clinical care

The scope is adjusted to each clinic. There are four core areas.

  1. HR and labor

From job postings to employment contracts, payroll and labor issues — we handle everything to do with people.

Writing and posting job ads / Scheduling interviews / Employment contracts / Payroll / Social insurance / Severance settlement

  2. Administration and paperwork

We handle licenses, filings and recurring administrative paperwork, giving the front desk its time back.

License renewals / Regulatory filings / Contract management / Document standardization

  3. Finance and tax

We organize revenue and cost structures as data, and manage tax deadlines and risks ahead of time.

Monthly P&L / Profitability by treatment / Tax calendar / Identifying savings

  4. Marketing and PR

Channel management and campaigns are run together with the group’s marketing organization, Bemytree.

Channel review / Content operations / Ad spend and performance reports

What You Get

Your time goes back to your patients

  • Undivided focus

With management work lifted off, your day is about treatment and patients — nothing else.

  • Regular P&L and KPI reports

See the state of your clinic in numbers, not gut feeling — where money leaks, and where to spend more.

  • Risks managed in advance

Tax, labor and insurance-claim issues are checked before they become problems. Prevention, not damage control, is the default.

Until now, coordinating multiple vendors was also your job.
One point of contact, one point of responsibility — Boostree takes on that coordination too.

How It Works

How delegation begins

  1. 01

    Management review

We map how the clinic runs today and pick out the areas to delegate.

  2. 02

    Scope and terms

We agree how much to hand over and on what terms.

  3. 03

    Execution and support

Dedicated teams carry out the work and provide ongoing support.

  4. 04

    Operations and monthly reports

We compile P&L and KPIs every month and adjust strategy as revenue moves.

Find out first, with a management review, what your clinic actually needs to delegate.

FAQ

Common questions when considering delegation

No. Every decision about treatment and medical practice belongs entirely to you and your medical staff. Boostree supports only non-clinical management — HR, administration, finance and marketing.

They stay. Boostree doesn’t replace people — we take away the repetitive work and management burden they have been carrying.

No. Start with the single heaviest area and widen the scope when you need to.

It depends on the size of the clinic and the scope of delegation. We set the scope after the management review and quote from there.
