Why Derma Node Lab

Breaking the cycle of “I’ll just learn on the job”

New hires who repeat odd jobs with no mentor and no manual, then leave — and clinics that start hiring all over again. The problem was never the people. It was the structure.

  • Fragmented roles

    Coordinators, skin therapists and heads of consultations work in separate lanes and don’t know each other’s jobs. The ceiling is fixed, too — coordinators top out at head of consultations, skin therapists at team lead.

  • A cycle that repeats

    Sent onto the floor untrained → stuck with odd jobs → quits → the clinic rehires. It is a pattern that wears down clinics and staff alike, and the industry has settled into it.

    Integrated role training

    Coordination, skin care and consultation, learned as one flow — covering the patient journey from first contact to last.

    Taught by working head managers

    The head managers who run dermatology clinics today teach small cohorts themselves.

    Hands-on practice

    Real situations, rehearsed in a setting built to resemble the clinic — so the first day at work doesn’t feel unfamiliar.
